Rajiv has an overall experience of more than a decade in sourcing and execution of Capital Markets transactions viz. IPOs, Rights Issue, Buyback, Delisting, M&A, Demerger, Corporate Restructuring, etc. He also has an overall experience of more than five years in the domain of valuation of securities and financial assets. He has worked very closely with various corporates with operations in diverse industries which has provided him in-depth exposure to the entire gamut of capital markets and merchant banking services.

Gajesh has an experience of over 11 years in the field of valuation, statutory audit including Companies Audit, PSU Bank Audit, SME statutory compliance, GST appeals and various other consultancy services. He started his career with IDBI Bank, Mumbai Head Office and further in Motilal Oswal Securities.

Ashi has an experience of over 10 years in capital markets, investment banking, corporate restructuring, valuations and structuring of stock incentive plans. She has worked extensively for clients for their transactions including M&A, IPO, rights issue, buyback, open offer, delisting, etc across various industries. She is well versed with various SEBI regulations and with her experience leading the team in successfully completing the assignments.

Anchal has more than 7 years of experience in Merchant Banking and Investment Banking Services. She is actively involved in capital market transactions and restructuring assignments. Ridima has an experience of about 5 years in handling investment infusion, corporate re-restructuring, legal documentation, contract management and negotiation, litigation management, liaisoning along with various statutory and legal compliances for the organisations. She also has a flair for teaching and is a visiting faculty at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Ridima is a Company Secretary and has a Bachelor degree in law. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Delhi University. Harshit has an overall experience of more than 4 years in the field of Valuation of securities and financial assets, early stage companies and other intangibles like brands, patents etc. He has worked in the field of Auditing and taxation in his initial stage of career. He has independently handled multiple domestic and international complex valuations and advised companies on valuations for the purposes of financial reporting, transaction, restructuring, taxation, dispute resolution and financing.

He has successfully completed the “Certificate in Business Valuations” training and examination conducted by ACCA- UK and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of France (CSOEC) and holds “Certificate in Corporate Valuation (CCV)” from The Association of International Wealth Management of India (AIWMI). He has done Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialisation in Risk Management and a Bachelor (Hons) degree in Commerce from University of Delhi.
